100 per cent of our funding comes from private donations and grants, and is not designed to replace or supplement the cost of activities that are the responsibility of local authorities.

Though dedicated, the small size of our organisation means that we need to stretch resources to raise every single penny. Sustainable income, the goal of our Endowment Appeal, is incredibly vital, allowing us to plan activities ahead of time.

I would like The KAA Intrepidus Trust to reclaim tax on all donations I have made in the last four years and any future donations I make until I notify you otherwise.

Notes

1. In order for your donation to qualify under the Gift Aid scheme you must ensure that you pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax, in a year, equal or greater than the amount of tax that the charity will be able to reclaim on your donation (25p currently, for every £1 donated). 2. Y our home address must be given. 3. You can cancel the declaration at any time by notifying us – it will then not apply to donations you make on or after the date of cancellation or such later date as you specify. 4. If in the future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income and capital gains equal to the tax that The KAA Intrepidus Trust reclaims, you can cancel your declaration. 5. If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code. 6.
