Thank you, Shukran and Obrigado!

A group of creative parents have come together from across the school to say 'thank you', 'shukran' and 'obrigado' for the generous support given by our supporters.

At their weekly sewing group supported by KIT they have crafted a series of striking cushions and adjustable masks using applique and stitching. Each cushion features the word THANKS in one of the school's 59 community languages and have been gifted to supporters of the school.

The group were also behind the beautiful bunting that festooned the school dining room during our School Dinner with a Difference fundraiser in May 2019.

Lisa, one of the parents leading the project says:

"We enjoy creating together, sharing stories about raising teenagers, and getting to know other parent/carers in the school - an opportunity that is usually lacking in secondary school. Thank you for supporting this parent initiative."
